The Toms River PBA is a Non-Profit labor union consisting of Patrol Officers, Detectives, Safety Officers and Corporals of the Toms River Police Department. As a labor union we negotiate labor contracts with the Township, ensure compliance, and take necessary action to protect our officers when needed. We are dedicated to being proactive in maintaining a safe and fair work environment for all our officers so they can effectively serve the public.
The Toms River PBA is a community oriented organization. We raise money through fundraisers and donations from Toms River residents and business owners. The money that we raise has been used for scholarship funds, charities, financial assistance to local families in need, and many other causes that better the Township of Toms River in which we live and work. The Toms River PBA looks forward to continuing service to the community of Toms River, and as always thanks all the residents and businesses who make our activities possible through their past, present and future support.
